Create a Hold/Release Reason

Creates a hold/release reason. Once created, the reason becomes available for selection when holding or releasing submerchants, transactions, or pending deposits via the Backoffice interface. The reasonText must be unique within the tenant.

The text describing the reason; displayed in the picklist in the Backoffice interface when holding or releasing. Must be unique within the tenant (maximum 200 characters).

Indicates whether the reason should appear in the picklist in the Backoffice interface.
