Submit and Update Partial Merchant Application Incrementally

This method validates, saves, and updates the application custom fields as the submerchant moves through the application steps, instead of sending the payload in a single submission.

Note: Including the merchantApplicationId will result in updating the specified application; no merchantApplicationId will result in the creation of a new application.
